Reheating sourdough bread is simple. Preheat your oven to 425 F. Lightly mist or sprinkle water on the bread and place in the oven for 6 minutes. The bread will come out warm and the crust will be slightly crispy!
If freezing is required, wrap the bread first with parchment or wax paper, then wrap with aluminum foil. If short term freezing is required it may be placed in the freezer, if long term freezing is required, place the wrapped bread into a freezer zip bag, removing as much air as possible. Note: slicing prior to freezing makes for a simple, quick toast. Just place a frozen slice of bread into the toaster on the high setting.
